All items sold by lexusacc are intended for off-road usage only and are compatible with their specific listed vehicles.

If item is in-stock, most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days average if in-stock.

Special-order items will take LONGER to fulfill. Paying for express shipping does not speed up the special order time frame. If you have questions about your special-order item, please feel free to email us at help@lexusacc.com.

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

For international shipments, buyer is responsible for ALL applicable duties/tax and customs!

lexusacc welcomes the return of any new, unopened product(s) within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please give us an email at help@lexusacc.com.

Approved returns/exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

ALL installation procedures are the responsibility of the buyer.
